“Recently we had to evict tenants from our property. Their parting gift was to destroy and deface anything left in the property.

Leaving rooms that wasn’t flooded saturated in urine and with animal faeces on the floor

Airing cupboards had been used as an animal sanctuary.

We contacted Isparkle and enquired about the end of tenancy clean up. Isparkle came and surveyed the property and we was reassured that it could be brought back to life, and received a quote promptly that afternoon.
 
We also entrusted Isparkle with a key to the property, so they could start early as we couldn’t stay on the premises
 
Work commenced two days later and it took two full

days to clean a 4 bedroom property.

 
The results were unbelievable, it started to

resembled the property we purchased.

 
It no longer smelled and the floors were clean.

You could use the kitchen and trust that you wasn’t

going to get Ecoli. The nail varnish, stickers,

dishwasher tablets had been dissolved and the

sinks could be used. The airing cupboard no longer

had fur balls and smelled like an animal sanctuary.

And there was no mould and mildew on surfaces.
